Who We AreWelcome again to Issues and Solutions or what we affectionately call IS. So who is the folks behind IS? We are simply a group of people interested in finding new and different ways to look at and solve today's problems. Our intent is to present views that are neither Republican nor Democrat and yet both Republican and Democrat. Neither Liberal nor Conservative yet Liberal AND Conservative. So perhaps the first Issue we will focus on within this web site is the Issue of ideas instead of labels and names.
